A couple years ago, my life consisted of playing music and touring in an old beat up conversion van. Some might say being broke down in northern Quebec in the freezing cold weather is incredibly painful, but I wouldn’t trade those experiences for anything. We took the good with the bad. We met so many amazing people and still keep in touch with friends we made all over the world.

I use to play guitar in a band called Holiday. We did a lot of amazing things. I got to live a dream I had since I was 16 years old and play on the Vans Warped Tour, as well as tour with some amazing bands such as The Ataris and Gob. I can still remember the day I got to share the stage and microphone with Kris Roe and sing San Dimas with The Ataris.

Holiday went on to record a full length album titled Hell! I’ve Been There that never saw the light of day. We have been sitting on all these unreleased songs for quite a while now and instead of just collecting computer dust on my hard drive, I thought I would share them with everyone.

So every Wednesday for the next 10 weeks or so, I’ll be putting up a new unreleased Holiday track. Let me know what you think of them as there are only a select number of people who have ever heard these songs.

This weeks song is called Mr. Popular and was the first track on the record.
