I have to ask, is that an average mayo amount to put on a sandwich? I’m a mayo lover too (and damn, did that sandwich look delicious) and when I’m giving up things to be healthier, mayo is usually one thing that goes. I’ve found that greek yogurt is a good sauce substitution. It’s creamy, and it’s a little more tart than mayo, but if you flavour it right, you can give it a bit of zing. You can make a killer tzaziki with it, and using that on a BLT is heaven.
I’ll have to try the yogurt thing. Someone also told me to use hummus as a substitution too.

It’s only for the month. I do go back to doing them, but not in the same fashion as I use to. I was eating almost a bag of chips a day, so I gave up chips in March. I love chips, but it thought me that I don’t need to be eating them everyday. I maybe eat chips once every 2 weeks now. So its all about teaching me moderation.
